Our Key Personnel
Olajumoke Olotu
Jumoke holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) as well Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the PAN-Atlantic University Business School Lagos, having been nominated as a recipient of the prestigious Goldman Sachs Scholarship for Entrepreneurial Development in 2012. She also has professional certification in Personnel Management from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and she is currently an Associate member of the institute.
Jumoke joined Lolly Kitchen in 2010, and currently works as the General Manager in charge of Administration, Personnel Management, Information Systems as well as Business Development for the organisation.
Olubukunola Sanya
Bukunola bagged a B.Sc. degree in Catering and Hotel Management from the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) in 2006.
Prior to joining Lolly kitchen, she worked at SurViron Institute of Hospitality at Ibadan, as the deputy registrar academics. She later moved to Sweet Sensation as a Restaurant Supervisor. She is highly particular about paying attention to details and above all passionate about putting a smile on customer’s faces.
Bukunola currently works as the Kitchen manager for Lolly kitchen, where she oversees and ensures that attention and details are put into every product from our Kitchens.
Oluwaseun Olotu
Oluwaseun bagged an BSc. degree in Mathematics from the University of Ilorin in 2013, as well as Certificates in Projects Management, and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
Oluwaseun worked as a Customer Service executive with Diamond Bank prior to joining Lolly Kitchen.
Oluwaseun currently heads our Projects department. He is also in charge of the corporate HSE and compliance management for the organisation.
David Apaflo
David graduated with a First Class in Accounting from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigerian (ACA), Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)
David started his career at the King’s Investment Limited, where he worked as a team member of the accounts department. He pioneered the transition from manual to automated bookkeeping there, before leaving for Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB). He has also worked with other Accounting and financial Institutions within Nigeria.
David is presently the Financial Management Consultant for Lolly Kitchen Affairs.
